Alicia LeBlanc

Paths to Resolution Through Mediation

Areas of Mediation

Alicia provides mediation services focused on civil matters, insurance, and personal injury. Drawing from her experience in the court system and her training in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Alicia brings a unique blend of skills and insights to her practice.

*Note: Alicia is not currently mediating for estates related issues and does not mediate for family law disputes.

Style of Mediation

Alicia’s approach to mediation is grounded in a structured and collaborative process that encourages individuals and families to explore practical and creative solutions. While estate-related issues can often be emotionally charged, she is dedicated to facilitating open dialogue and fostering an environment where all parties feel heard and respected. Through this style of mediation, Alicia helps uncover resolutions that prioritize relationships while minimizing the stress, cost, and time typically associated with litigation.

Pro-Bono Mediation Services

In special circumstances, Alicia will provide mediation services pro-bono. If your firm has a pro-bono case, or a case that does not involve financial disputes, and believe Alicia may be able to assist, please contact her for more information.
